I had a conversation with Mark White on Thursday afternoon. Anyone
who thinks he's "just a hack broker" and a company shill ought to
reconsider. He's never tried to positively spin negative issues,
been responsive to queries (like arranging to put the audio interview
online), or been anything but straightforward.

It pains me to see the share value get taken apart...but a good development in the sense that the speculative bubble burst. IMO the
stock is oversold, but I fear that manipulation may be more the order of the day than an orderly market.

Mark felt that Asensio must have had a battery of lawyers to draft his missive. He said that TRBD could have a difficult time proving that
the release caused a material loss to the company. From my perspective, and one of the reasons I wanted to view time and sales from yesterday, is that the controversy has directed professional
money managers to the sidelines. When the market makers took out everyone's stop losses on Tuesday the 4th, it sent up a warning flag that order has given way to chaos. Seems like a material effect to
me, but maybe not to the SEC.

The candlesticks in the last few days defy analysis.

In the end it will be material announcements that portend a revenue stream that can support an earnings analysis and projection for the
future that will allow the kind of fundamental analysis that will boost the share value.

I'm still waiting for short siders to find some material evidence of dumping by insiders. Haven't seen the 10Q online yet. Actually
thought the smallish increase in weighted average shares outstanding was up only a few million, i feared worse.

Still hoping that someone will make sense of the 500,000 shares traded between 1:05 and 1:27 when the price went from 6.78 down to 4.875
(that 13teenie quote was someone getting screwed) and back 5.75 and 5.5. Only a half dozen trades of 5000 or more shares on the way down. Then another half dozen at the bounce. 300K of the 500 went through
in about 10' at the end.
