According to Samsung
"Rambus DRAM modules will occupy at
least half of the US $13.5 billion DRAM market by
2000."
Sure wish we had a handle on the royalty % Rambus will receive. If you start with 1% royalty and assuming no additional costs EPS would approximate $3 a share and at 20 PE here we are at $60. I know it is unrealistic to assume no additional costs but is it unrealistic to assume 1% royalty? It could be high or low. Does anyone have an educated guess what one should expect with this type of licensing agreement?
