This is being treated like an IPO even though this companies stock trades on the OTC BB.. Apparently there are only 500K shares currently trading in the float. This offering is being priced at $14-16 according to the S-1 filed with the SEC. Even though they are issuing more stock (IPO) it won't dilute those shares outstanding.... The investment banking firms handling this offering have already stated their intention to price this at 14-16 so......if you buy a share now it is the same as purchasing at the IPO price...Doesn't take a genius to figure this one out!!!

Being handled like an IPO due to fact there has been no market for the stock. When shares come out at 14-16, that is what ALL shares will be trading at in theory
