JMHO but it looks like they want to rent space to other companies to cover the bills on unused square footage (a common practice).

Lived in So. Fla., never-ever intend to go back - to many rectal orifices and rip-off artists'. Land of "sunshine" (in lieu of pay or payment) and "Outstreched Palms" (...nothing to do with trees).

Having a nearby member check this out with fine toothed comb is great idea.

County Plat Book at city/county hall will divulge ownership, cost, liens, etc.

I called and got voice mail. Left a message but these commercial guys don't usually work weekends.

Curiousity got the best of me so I drove up.
