[[I have a right to post my prospects and/or information about any company]]

Just as I have a free speech right to bash any company, as long as I don't say anything that can be proven to be false. If you'll notice in the DGIV case, I've done the following:

(1) Stated, "I think it is an Internet stock scam", based on material from the state securities regulators at nasaa.org (this is my --opinion--)

(2) Brought up the fact that there is no Nasdaq listing and no financial reports filed with the SEC, despite what hypesters on this thread have claimed would happen months ago.

(3) Raised technical questions about connecting to the PSTN (public switched telephone network).

So, I challenge you to prove where I've said anything illegal about DGIV online. Why don't you invite the SEC on to this thread, ask them to download all the messages, and determine what is illegal. Personally, I'd think they would take an interest in all the claims people have posted here where they claim to have inside information about the company, but have no proof to back up their claims. (Trading on inside information is illegal, and, as the NASAA link above points out, people claiming to have non-public information is a hallmark of Internet stock scams.)

The way I see it, there are two types of people touting DGIV here -- professional market manipulators and gullible members of the public who are determined to lose money. Which one are you?
