A little open speculation here it goes: - July 27th is the day Gabriela at skynet says LOI with usxp was signed. So it has not fallen apart but is about a week away from the drop dead date as of today. - No definiative answer durring Brian B's convo with her as to wether this is merger or are they be aquired..... This press release states that Skynet Miami is presently in negotiations to be purchased or enter into a reverse merger with Universal Express in New York, is this a fact based release? Gabriella: The only thing I know about that is that we signed a letter of intent with Universal Express on Friday the 27 of July. If true isn't that much more likely TO ACTUALY HAPPEN(as apposed to another non event that is)considering most feel that skynet miami is probably in reality the larger company. Although I think no one knows that for sure it is the majorties feeling right? So by next week we may have a merger. I was going to speculate further about RA in europe, the other skynet I think you see where I was going with that but what if.... Class A merger? Class B merger? What is that I hear?
