A little open speculation here it goes:

- July 27th is the day Gabriela at skynet says LOI with usxp was signed. So it has not fallen apart but is about a week away from the drop dead date as of today.

- No definiative answer durring Brian B's convo with her as to wether this is merger or are they be aquired.....
Brian's post so the character"me" is being played by Brian not me::
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Receptionist: Hello,Skynet
Me: May I speak to someone regarding mergers and acquisitions?
Receptionist: Purchases and acquisitions?
Me: No, Mergers and acquisitions.
Receptionist:Hold please
(At this point I'm thinking that the dead end is in sight)
Person:Hello, this is Gabriella how may I help you.
Me: Hello, Gabriella my name is Brian B and I am calling from New Jersey in reference to a press release that my agency has come into possession of. This press release states that Skynet Miami is presently in negotiations to be purchased or enter into a reverse merger with Universal Express in New York, is this a fact based release?
Gabriella: The only thing I know about that is that we signed a letter of intent with Universal Express on Friday the 27 of July.
Me: Is it safe to say that the two companies are presently in negotiations at this point
Gabriella: yes they definitely are
Me: Thank you for your time Gabriella
-----------------------------------------------------------------

My long form for my account arrives snail mail warrants state:

for A's:
WTS UNIVERSAL EXPRESS INC
CL A-MERGER

for B's
WTS UNIVERSAL EXPRESS INC
CL B-MERGER

Speculation we are merging here not and not being aquired correct?
If true isn't that much more likely TO ACTUALY HAPPEN(as apposed to another non event that is)considering most feel that skynet miami is probably in reality the larger company. Although I think no one knows that for sure it is the majorties feeling right?

So by next week we may have a merger.

I was going to speculate further about RA in europe, the other skynet I think you see where I was going with that but what if....
Class A merger?
Class B merger?

What is that I hear? Loud footsteps or something... hear it? bash, bash,bash...
hmm sounds like something coming this way LOL!
Hey I KNOW IT IS TOTALY CONTRARY TO HISTORY I AM JUST SPECULATING.

Peace and Best Fishes,
FP

AMERICAN DIGICOM CORPORATION (NAD), a telecommunications company located in
Denver, Colorado. NAD's 1st Quarter 1998 Gross Revenues were in excess of
$13 million.

Terms of the proposed Agreement would give USXP a 70% interest in NAD for a

pre-paid cellular phones, pagers, and Internet services to their customers.
This comprehensive package is well beyond what we have been offered by other

"NORTH AMERICAN DIGICOM CORPORATION is extremely excited about the prospects
of joining the UNIVERSAL EXPRESS Family", stated Philip Grey, President and
Chief Executive Officer of NAD. "Our affiliation with APAC and the
