The full article is posted for free at wineinvestmentnews.com Would have been free yesterday, but had server problems with my ISP (verio) in the evening. Anyway, I've modified the page to include a link to Mr. Landi's response to the fraud convictions despite the fact that many of his statements are at odds with the court records and the government's actiopns. The "confidential disclosure documents" were widely available and in fact duplicate copies came to me via several people. I have no hatred for Araldica. The facts speak for themselves. As for his suggestions regarding some sort of lie detector test, it's unusual, but HEY! No problem if Mr. Landi wants to pay for it all. I have nothing to hide. And the written charges on this BBS calling my reporting are not only untrue but also actionable libel. Sliming the messenger does not change the facts.
