ERG, I saw some EMU at the high priced store I go to, Rice Epileptic Korean, here in Houston. I thought, hey, I'll give that a try. But then I saw the price, $10 a pound, and I just knew it would taste like chicken. <G> So, I bought some pheasant instead. If you are going to pay up, you might as well get the best bird around. Nothing like baked pheasant in a fig sauce. BTW, Emu is also one of the all-time most overused crossword puzzle clues. MB
