Ger, RE whether Fonar has the installed base, I gotta to be honest and say NO. They have a poorly disclosed number installed, at least two and almost certainly less than 10 (probably less than 5). The fact that is poorly disclosed probably relates to the fact that they have not performed well (this is an absolute guess and will draw fire, if not ire). Supporting the guess is that Fonar is apparently holding up sales pending "bells and whistles (and probably bug fixes)". We are all waiting with bated breath and dropping stock price while this transition occurs. Supposedly there is a pipeline of unfilled orders ready to end this beaverdam any day now. Thus, the answer is "no installed base today-check tomorrow." As for updates on the RSNA, I will post like last year. The meeting has computers set up everywhere and I can post within the first hour of the opening. I am NOT Fonar's "favored son" and have never had their ear for any "news" so don't expect any RSNA news out of me until it is unleashed on the public. Other posters on this thread regularly talk to the Co and you can take their "news" FWIW. I believe the company gives long term investors who call "sneak previews" of what is to come which is veiled and vague enough to be legal but vague enough too that it never comes true soon enough or true enough to be highly valuable. More than anything else, what you see is what you get, "BIG PICTURES" notwithstanding. This is not a snipe at the faithful and loyal, just my appraisal of the last year or so. Last year's "FALL COLORS" turned mud brown damn quick. This story could turn into the "Boy that cried 'GOLD'" if gold doesn't materialize sooner or later.
