Freddie... Ira was not a professional anything (unless you want to include con man), but he would post such garbage, and had in the past. Do you forget the "INTHEFLESH" posts? I'm convinced that was him, since he posted inside info that only he would know. My eternal questions for Ira, which he constantly dodges... and if he's here, let's get an answer: The third quarter earnings PR can be found at: #reply-2804154 Please note that the figures were not said to be forward-looking "estimates"... the PR said "Third quarter earnings were .09 per share".... historical figures. It came out in late November. I challenged the numbers on Jan. 15, and about a week later, Ira began telling people the third quarter earnings were not .09, but .03 ! Of course, I'm curious about the following: 1) Why was a press release never issued to fix the .09 error? 2) Why did it take two months and stockholder complaints to fix this error? How could the figures have been so far off? Would it have been fixed if nobody pointed it out? 3) Why did it take over a month and a half (from Sept. 30 to Nov. 24) to come up with an earnings report that was wrong , but only a week after I tore the .09 figure apart ( #reply-3181583 ) to come up with "correct" figures? 4) Perhaps Ira just came up with a "top of his head" number that sounded more reasonable? He always claimed that first quarter earnings were .03, second quarter .03 and the "revised" 3rd quarter earnings were .03 ... how suspicious, convenient and unbelievable. So, slug, if you are really the famed "Liar Monas", then explain why you lied about earnings. Or you can dodge the question with some stupid, indignant answer as usual. Looking forward to that 1997 audit.... L.E.
