jeez Baldwin, so Mike Birck missed a Department of Justice prediction by a few days. Did he get the ultimate message right? Did he do it within a time frame that anybody that has ever dealt with the Beltway crowd considers beyond punctual? Care to compare Birck's track record with the DC bureaucrats with Bill Gates? Is Coherent a done deal? You crack one tight whip my man. I think Mr. Birck is doing an outstanding job in an incredibly difficult environment. Suggest you cut him some slack. Mike Doyle
