My general theme has been that serious down turns don't come until after a very strong small cap blow off top.

What evidence do you have that supports this?

James: I appreciate your response, as, I am sure many on this thread do. My decision to ask the two main GURUS on this thread (both you and William), basically the same question was to pull together your positions.

I am sure many as I, follow both your post with interest.
