True.

I suppose we might agree that "everything else being equal", it's better to do business on the NYSE as opposed to the NASDAQ? But often times, "everything else", as you say, isn't equal. So one must inject elements of judgement.

I guess making trading decisions is an art form, huh? At least in the sense that it's not a science.
