One point I'm confused about (one of many): I believe Tarot reported Uselton as saying that Tow has taken back his land. How does he do this? I mean, there are deeds and contracts involved, legal processes that have to be completed. He can't just take it back without Jack's agreement.

So I've no idea where Jack got his figure of $2 million.

I did this here #reply-4885071 but maybe a re-cap is in order.

At the time the deal was announced, ICVI trades at $.05. 65 million shares times $.05 = $3.2 million market value of the merged firms. 50/75 = 77%. 77% of 3.2 = $2.5 million. If the share price used was $.04 then the number is exactly $2.0 million.

For those who have lost money here, I truly sympathize. Even with nothing at stake, I found myself getting very angry last evening. I hope that people who have been burned continue to pursue this because it was (IMO) a cleverly-orchestrated and coordinated scam. I want to know the culpability, or lack of it, of Christensen, Gort, Guttman, Growth Intl, Uselton or his relatives, who was/is making a market in the stock, and who were the hypesters here on SI in on the deal. With 20,000 posts on this and the old ICVI/MTEI thread, there is quite a historical record to put a case together.
