Good post. The only problem is our accounting system and bankruptcy laws. Companies like GE can create their own credit to companies that will in turn buy their products, then write off the bad debts. The creation of financial derivative products is just like a money-printing machine for the banks and brokers. And the overleveraged houses are protected by filing bankruptcy. Until these three issues are resolved I don't see the bubble bursting without much higher interest rates..
