From this it might appear that RA is doing something.....
And I Paste:

The 1st Annual APAC Conference & Expo, Sept 16-19, 1998
APAC Enters Show Business

It's here! APAC will be hosting The First Annual APAC Conference & Expo, September 16-19, 1998, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The Expo will be held in conjunction with The Business Products Industry Association (BPIA) Conference & Expo, which has formed a strategic alliance with APAC. New product exhibits, seminars and other APAC events are part of the program.

Fun in the Sun

Make your plans now to join us in Orlando, home of Disney World and The Epcot Center. September is the perfect time to take advantage of Florida's spectacular weather, Bring your family and enjoy a world-class vacation during the show. Call APAC Registration at (888) USE-APAC for info or BPIA at (800) 542-6672.

APAC Show to Expand for Vegas Event in '99

Next year, The Second Annual APAC Conference & Expo will be held in October in Las Vegas, Nevada, co-locating with BPIA '99. Expanded APAC exhibits, workshops, profitabilility seminars, and other exciting events for postal/business services retailers will be part of the '99 Expo. Watch the pages of Inside APAC News for details.

APAC/BPIA Link Up a Natural

The link up between APAC and BPIA is a natural one; the two associations are serving compatible and sometimes overlapping retailer networks. BPIA serves a network of office products retailers across the country.

APACs postal/business services retailers--many of which are selling office products and services--have long requested a first-class national trade show, so the co-located shows will provide a synergy that allows both to serve their respective industries and benefit from each other.

APAC Expo Exhibits

More than 250 vendors are expected to fill the exhibit hall at the Orange County Convention Center to showcase the newest products and services. Leading vendors of interest to both BPIA and APAC members in the postal/business services industry will be featured in the newly created APAC Pavilion.

APAC Conference Sessions/Meetings

Retailer seminar sessions and "hands on" workshops on sales and marketing, business operations, technology application, and management issues will be conducted at the Expo. APAC will host a Roundtable Discussion on the Future of the Parcel Center Business Industry, and will be holding its seven-region Advisory Council Meeting there.

cameras.
