I have a few other possible theories but thought I would see what you guys could guess. This could be a great con game. Heres is what I was reading. You said all you saw were question marks for the price. What if someone doctored the numbers and posted? Not saying that happened, of course.

Cary and Jose in Iowa. Is there an S-8 filing for AAPC or a shareholder's meeting date ? Haven't yet had time to look at APCC but I would bet that the proposed share price is a reverse split. A reverse split does require shareholder approval.
