stock bull: re:< investment strategy on "managing" this downturn?>

In the event of a timely bear market call by Brinker, my strategy will initially be to exchange all equity funds into money funds. From that point, I'm planning to get into Rydex Ursa Fund to some extent.

However, I'm VERY encouraged by all the recent bearish / alarmist posts I'm seeing on this forum - also the negative articles in recent issues of Barrons. I also see no evidence that the U.S. is sliding into a profits recession in the near future. Money supply growth seems reasonably adequate. Going forward, I believe productivity will continue to be enhanced by implementation of better and better computer software programs and faster and faster computers with increasing capabilities. With steady to falling interest rates, low inflation held down by cheep foreign imports, and with a slower growing economy and with increased bearishness starting to show up; my guess is we're close to a market rally to now highs. President Roosevelt said it best "we've got nothing to fear, except fear itself...".
Of course, maybe P.D. Wall's or Robert Prector's predictions are correct. Only time will tell.
