Sword, re. NWK, it is much too healthy to be a broken stock.

The balance sheet is a fortress, with $8 per share of cash. Compare that to the stock price of $14. The stock has performed poorly for a couple of years, but considering the cash, I'd say its pretty close to its floor.

Cash flow from operations is positive, at $2.60 per share, TTM.

Yes, revenues have been declining, so I would be reluctant to buy the stock. But I wouldn't short it.
