Nemer,

I'm having some difficulty understanding why what appears to be a personal message was published in a public forum. Doing so only serves to alienate those not in the loop.

Mr Lobsterless

OT

these days lobster is cheaper than sand just as bottled fancy water is less than petro

>>>wonder if you Yankees will be as kind to BigBubba from hicksville Ak as you were to the Barnicle

I think most people, Yankee or otherwise, care more about Mikey than Bubba

but then again, most don't care a whit about a lot of things outside of their myopic scope of vision, although they sure do have a lot to say about anything and everything

I am the head of our condo association, have been for 10 years
we have about 1000 people that live here
all year long people carp and complain, bitch and moan, about every little thing
they complain to each other in the driveways, at the pool, on the tennis court, while on the walking trails
everything is terrible and wrong here, the place is a mess and aint worth a damn
then at the single annual owners meeting,
that takes place at 7:00 on a Thur night,
and lasts all of two hours;
this year 56 people attended
and as usual no one ran for the board seats except for the incumbents

and they spent one minute approving the almost $1mm budget and an hour arguing about dogs peeing on the grass

but, our homes sell in about 48 hours from being listed for 5% over the asking price
and there is a waiting list of buyers with fewer sellers

is there a message in all that?
