The buy out offer is total BS. It was an attempt to drive the stock up to blast out of their holdings just like the buy back NR that failed. When I first called the PRES he said the insiders were buying up all the stock the can get their hands on...NOT!. CHECK IT OUT FOLKS>> I had my friend call a few minutes later and he asked the same questions I did. Do you know what the PRES said? He said just the opposite of what he told me. He said the insiders haven't bought ONE share because they're waiting to close a financing so they will have the money to do so. This company has VERY LITTLE money if any at all. The buy back NR was also BS. This company is BS. I bought a lot of shares at an average cost of 12c and dumped everything at 7-9c...I would be very careful of IDCN...SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT IMO:-( Mr Metals P.S I'm not saying the stock can't go up because it will probably go to $100 a share (LOL) but be very very careful. P.S.S The above information is my opinion only.
