I understand the new COO promised a detailed mission statement with targets , schedules & objectives would be issued after the 100 day learning period was over. Is this still awaited and if so when is it due? My notes from the most recent conference call state detailed objectives will be released on August 26. If Mr. Lutz's 100 days began on June 2, then he's well within his deadline. Being ahead of schedule seems to be one of his strengths. Didn't he also mention changes would be made in the public relations arena, too? If so, I suspect we'll be given details then, as well.
