Herm, couple more questions reguarding your reply.

Based on the chart you put out, how can short interest be increasing?
It tells me that shares short has decreased over the last 6 months.
Also, should I assume ADV shown is for long shares not short.
Lastly, what does the ratio* tell me? How do I interperate it?
