Thx. I just saw an error in my post. If you buy 1,000 shares of CIEN at the latest possible time, and if the deal goes thru, you will end up with 1,000 shares of TLAB (freudian slip before on my part?)

Anyway, I'm listening to the cc now, and you could not be clearer but that this deal is going through. Both boards, according to Birk, "resoudingly" affirmed it.

Clear buying opportunity on the arbitrage.
