"How anyone cannot see the seriousness of events building in
Russia, China and Asia as a whole and their potential impact upon global
economy is simply blind faith. We cannot expect the world to continue
upward and onward just because we wish it to do so. There has NEVER been
a bull market that was not followed by a correction. We do NOT see the end
of the world - merely a correction that might be 2 years in duration if
government gets its act together "

George, although I agree with the above I can't understand the World
of Mrs. Cohen and ...also Mr. Armstrong...Both look through the prizm
of their economic and technical knowledge...I am for one without alluding to obvious look at the angry "faces" of people in Russia watching "glitter" of Mrs. Cohen world as she knows it. who are on a verge of loosing the only thing that they got..HOPE .I see desperation of Chinese people that are about to loose all they worked for...
Piece divident..are we on a verge of just about spending all of it?
Huge conflict on a horizon? Oil $25-30?

Is this the same Martin Arnstrong who got his degree from some correspondence school named RCA Institute?? RCA Institute sounds like a place where you learn how to fix TVs.

George - Joe Granville - now there's a name from the past - I can remember when people hung on his every word. It was Joe (I remember now) who announced his engagement to a princess. I was at a luncheon meeting at the Royal York in Toronto - must have been in the 70s. Before the speech (by Joe),the MC announced that Joe and the princess had just become engaged - wild applause! She looked pretty good I recall. He was one of those who I'd forgotten until I saw your post. I can't remember the wrong call (or calls) that he made - but he did, like most of the others. Elaine G is just hanging on, having dined out on 87 for a long time, and then being 100% in cash for a good part of the current Bull.

As for Armstrong, 7000 doesn't seem too radical a call - look back on the chart to 6000 - not so long ago and 'irrationally exuberan't even then! No doubt we will get some dramatic bear rallies from time to time. E
