MIKE,

Based on Vivus stock price, I must agree that you have been much more "right" than I have been. I do not mind you sharing your opinions and predictions as to where the stock price is heading.

However, when you speak of Vivus becoming a penny stock it certainly is an extreme statement. I would appreciate if at least once in a while you would support your opinions with facts. For example, if you said that you thought that the short selling influences were the reason or that the management was so terrible that the company won't survive or if you said that MUSE will never be able to capture a significant percentage of the ED market which would make Vivus as profitable as in 1997.

Although you have been around the Vivus thread longer than I, over the past 8 months I have not read any basis of your opinions.

>>let's look at what is before us today. vvus is at 5. You certainly don't consider yourself naive, nor would you want anybody else to think so, if you felt the stock could go, let's say, to 15.<<

Remember the last bet when VVUS went from 7 to 14? How many days did it take to get there?
