Jason, I just talked to Elias (IR at AIMH) Some news to relay.

1. Elias is not aware that construction has even begun on a production facility. I spoke with Dr Coleman last week and he tells me they plan to commence full production within 3 months. Personally, I am beginning to doubt this as a production facility is necessary for production; again, according to Dr Coleman

2. The following news release dated 11 Nov 1996, states production would commence in 'early 1997'. We've certainly missed that one by a bit...

3. Elias explains every price drop by blaming the shorts. I have seen this before, and it is rarely completely true or unwarranted. I asked Elias how one could verify the short interest, and he told me that only he could do it by guessing based upon his review of trading receipts that he obtains. I'm not reassured by this.

4. Here's what I would like to see from the company.
a. Some solid information regarding order backlog (if any), actual sales (if any).
b. Some official word on current production capacity, status of construction of production facility
c. Official number of outstanding shares, float, options, warrants, etc. (this is all required for reporting companies)
d. Details of recent financing (again mandatory for reporting companies)

5. I own a considerable amount of shares, but until I get some or all of the above info., I will not be buying any more in spite of what appears to be fire sale prices for now.

Regards, Dave
