We don't need a buyout we need TCI or CVC etc. to become a strategic partner. Its possible they would rather get the whole enchilada. Sometimes, in my more cynical moods I wonder if TCI is holding up the rollout to buy us on the cheap. I do think Steve is as a good a source as you can get. If Actv is bought out in the time frame you have stated it will be imo only becuase they had no other choice. Regards, Art
