To Joe and all: Several people have asked me about the "questions". To begin with, we felt it important to let TAVA know the questions that we felt were of most importance to at least the members of this thread. On the other hand, in order to assure a higher likelihood of receiving answers, we realized the questions in number had to be limited. Ultimately we decided to focus on the 10 most important. After some debate these were arrived at and submitted to Karl to polish and submit to Mr. Jenkins. The original purpose is to make sure the PROPER questions get asked and the company be able to respond, during the CC. The reason for this is that in at least some of our judgements. we feel that the analysts and brokers who asked questions at last CC were not familiar enough with TAVA and its operations to ask the really KEY questions. So, while Karl may have in fact submitted the questions to Jenkins by now, I do not expect a reply prior to the CC. In general the questions are quite specific and I do not believe JJ could answer them in other than a forum where ALL shareholders, not just this thread, can participate. JDN
