Why does DF-144 keep coming into this? First there isn't going to be any DF-144 in MIDL future. Why? Well we know that Novagaz shareholders should have rights to that and second that this product was not quite what everyone thought it was to begin with. The 144 was not the average octane rating. In fact the info that the thread found the octane rating average was substantially below that. Now if Nova shareholders still even have rights to the patent is even questionable but that is something we shouldn't even concern ourselfs with. It's not what it was suposed to be anyway. We all knew that before the info about DF and the Bahamas, Spriggs was suposed to be working on new patents. Well guess what, at that point even Nova shareholders were well out of the loop of MIDL or Arcon. If Spriggs does have something and gets patents the only real claims to them would be between Spriggs, Midl and Arcon. Why MIDL and Arcon? They are the companies Spriggs was doing development for. Has anyone ever read any of those statements people in research sign when they are to do developments and inventing? If you have then you very well know what I am talking about. Now why would MIDL want to bring in a business with audited financials? That was explained long ago. They need to have assets if Spriggs is either in or out of the picture. Now why meet with Spriggs the day after the shipping company? Looks here like both parties would know much better where the other stands. The actions actually make sense if you think about someone trying to put some kind of deal together. If Spriggs has what he says then the assets should be enough to secure financing to build the plant that the plans at Maveric were made for. And why not merge with a shipping company that has ships. Of course we don't know all the facts yet so it is best to be cautious but what they have let us know so far backs up what MIDl has said their intentions were when they found out about Dan. Some people want to get rid of the whole board. Well for those that want should be able to suggest some good replacements on who would like to come into a company with no assets, no revenues, no way to pay the board until assets and revenues come in and tell me if you did get rid of the board today who is going to be in charge of the filings and getting the shareholder meeting together. At least someone has done some filings for us and apparently a heck of a lot of legal work...
