RC's statement is almost a year old now - there are many more shares outstanding and really not much has changed regarding the fundamentals of the company, other than they have gotten worse somewhat. The patents may be the key to the actual value of the company since at the present time you cannot value it on sales. Valuing them at 1 billion or more seems very pie-in-the-sky to me. If anyone else thought they were actually worth that much this stock would be at 50 already. It's at 2 and change and until they can prove of value, there it will remain.
