On dangerous pursuit of PURE FUSION, Legality and double standards.

Here is some new information from Institute for Energy and Environmental Research,Maryland regarding new developments in Thermonuclear research that is going on in the U.S,Russia and France which could possibly violate the letter and spirit of CTBT. I guess when you are the 'top banana' you could get away with pretty much anything while pontificating to others about the virtues of 'morality'.

Arjun Makhijani [President of IEER]

Holds a Ph.D. in engineering (specialization: nuclear fusion) from the University of California at Berkeley. He has produced many studies and articles on nuclear fuel cycle related issues, including weapons production, testing, and nuclear waste, over the past fifteen years. He is the principal author of the first study ever done (completed in 1971) on energy conservation potential in the U.S. economy. He is the principal editor of Nuclear Wastelands and the principal author of Mending the Ozone Hole, both published by MIT Press.]
