The fact that we have to guess about how many are installed/sold etc is a red flag that whatever the number is, its not something to brag about. Besides, we have been more or less directly told (I think-it's hard to tell anymore) that the product and sales were being purposely held up. That statement is not compatible with a fluorishing installation process. As for releasing names and numbers etc., I would be very negative about the company giving out my name and number because I really don't have the interest in being grilled about stuff by a barage of people I don't know (this thread being an exception). I would especially be negative if the installation is going poorly since then I am the bad guy because I am the source of the bad news even though I am not responsible for it. I would be more willing to be queried if I could honestly be postive about it. I had that problem with a certain Vendor a few years back. They wanted me to be nice and complimentary but the product sucked. I wouldn't be dishonest but I didn't volunteer negative stuff either. I would simply say, "the images speak for themselves." That was a no-win situation.
