I love all the warnings in the report designed to protect management from legal actions if the stock tanks. I bet it won't work - sticking junk under marketing that doesn't belong there and then publicly claiming that they would be profitable if it wasn't for marketing expenses - can't possibly work in a courtroom. Any lawyers reading this thread that would like to offer an opinion? If I don't hear anything, I'll try to remember to ask one of my accountants or corporate attorneys for an opinion next week. I wonder if there is an angle where shorts could sue management?
