So Jimmy, What will happen if AMD fails to meet the conditions of the creditors? You mentioned take under, what does AMD have to offer, its Fab 25 with the .25u process will in a year be obsoleted, its Flash memory technology has been sold to MOT, its communication business is in the dumpster (according to analysts), the Vantis is about $200mil a year in revenue (and only because switching to Altera or others, is hard)

I suspect the Vantis and the Communication division will have to go and fetch about 700 mil. That will leave AMD with Flash and K6's. Not bad.

The sale of these two divisions should cause AMD's stock price to GO UP a couple of points for a month or so.
