If Saul had proof he would not be posting innuendo on the internet. He's playing games. If there was proof no reasonable person, especially a principal in a company, would potentially damage an SEC investigation.

Consider, if Saul did have proof he would turn over the information to the SEC and let them do their job rather than playing internet games. Saul needs to concentrate on running Oilex. He's made a commitment if he can't follow through he should inform the shareholders rather than playing pointless games that give only the appearance of doing something.

Subject: Justice for the Shareholders
Date: Mon, Aug 17, 1998 07:19 EDT
From: CALIFTALK

CALIFTALK: every day I find an other scam by Burditt
Stkg1: What do we need for the sec and fbi to close these guys down.
CALIFTALK: When he purchased the shares of Tanc for $200,000 With
Oilex shareholders money, who do you think was the seller, no one but Burditt
CALIFTALK: He raised the price up in a couple of days from $1 to $3.50
Stkg1: It's amazing how did he do it. Were mm's envolved?
CALIFTALK: I found 47,000 shares of Tanc at a brokers account in the name of
Oilex with Burditt having authority to buy and sell.
Tanc now called Pwrx that cost $200,000- but now are valued at $47,000
At least I stopped him from selling and looting the shareholders from
that brokers account

CALIFTALK: Burditt was selling the promotional stock he received when he
acquired the shell that Tanc used to go public. In one account he was the buying
demand, and in another account he was the supplier of shares. Thus he transfered
$200,000 cash from the Oilex shareholders to himself, and even exchanged
the free trading shares of Tanc purchased in the name of Oilex for restricted
shares held in his other names, to enable him to sell additional shares of Tanc.
CALIFTALK: He was buying and selling and found one more way to screw
the shareholders of Oilex out of their money. He is a cunning thief.
CALIFTALK: And the two different brokers have copies of the matching buys and sells
CALIFTALK: The SEC will have to act on this without delay
CALIFTALK: absolute proof and documentation
CALIFTALK: Meanwhile the company has to survive
and I have to solve problems
Stkg1: Can I help you in anyway? I hope you get the support you need
from Judges and the like to seal these guys off. I know how cunning they
all are and will someday pay big when all the facts are out.
What are some of the problems to be solved?
CALIFTALK: Three swabbers are broken and only one is in working order,
and two are at the factory in Fort Worth and require the balance of $85,000
to get released.
CALIFTALK: Two good wells in the Big Foot field need pumps
to get on production
CALIFTALK: Pumps work 30 days per month and have limited
man power costs and no paid vacations.
CALIFTALK: swabbers if you are lucky work 20 days a month dependant
on the weather and you need good workers and careful supervision
Stkg1: How does all this figure with pwrx, are they legit?
can they be part of the problem?
CALIFTALK: Pwrx is in a precarious cash position
and can not complete swabbers unless deposits are paid in advance
CALIFTALK: and as their recent 10Q states they have only
built 5 experimental units and sold three
CALIFTALK: and only one was sold to Oilex thus
the news releases of buying swabbers monthly was completely false
Stkg1: What does a pump cost. Can it be leased?
How much production is possible from these wells?
Do you have faith in these swabbing units?
Is their situation precarious because of Burditt?
CALIFTALK: Everything you touch with Burditt and Timmins
was a lie
CALIFTALK: Yes Burditt stuck Pwrx with a convertible debenture
that almost sunk the company when he "advised" them how to raise cash.
CALIFTALK: remember he was selling Tanc shares that depressed the market
as he pulled that scam of using Oilex money to raise the price and then
he sold and sold so that the price fell quickly.
CALIFTALK: If swabbers are maintained weekly and are used
on certain wells that produce on a regular basis then it can work at a profit
CALIFTALK: to set up the complete pump and related equip of tubing and rods
costs approx $5,000 per well at a 2,500 foot depth
CALIFTALK: yielding 5 barrels per day at $10 for the working interest,
you can recover the cost in 3 months
CALIFTALK: Wells producing 5 barrels per day should be on a
pump and be allowed to produce 30 days per month
CALIFTALK: regardless of the weather
CALIFTALK: Swabbers can not work when the roads are wet
CALIFTALK: and when the heat or dust is too high it is apparent that
the workers and equip are not effective.

Stkg1: That doesn't seem very profitable but you have to start some where.
How many of these wells are there or is this just the two new ones?
What is your feel for remedies and possible jail time for this bunch.
I would like to see all monetary wrongs righted before they go off to prison.
It seems such an open and closed case,
how much longer do the authorities need to act?

CALIFTALK: They are working at a snails pace.
What is needed is a call to your congressman
CALIFTALK: They are understaffed and are not shocked by one more scam
CALIFTALK: they say when they can get to it in due time as they collect
evidence and build a file and speak to witnesses.
CALIFTALK: But a call from a congressman or Senator
can speed up the process
Stkg1: Can Burditt hurt olex anymore or is he totally out of the picture?
CALIFTALK: I put a stop transfer on Burditts shares
and stopped him from selling and filed an embezzlement complaint with the FBI
CALIFTALK: and have Timmins worried that he is considering saving
his hide by returning all he shares he holds and all his royalty interests
CALIFTALK: That would also include all assets held by BT Energy that
rightfully belong to the Oilex shareholders.
CALIFTALK: I am making real progress and feel confident things will turn out well.
Thank G-d we will have Justice.
CALIFTALK: Burditt and Timmins are not sleeping confortable any more
as in the past when they previously planned new ways to deprive
Oilex shareholders of the benefits of their investment.
CALIFTALK: and E mail if you have questions

Burditt used $200,000 of Oilex shareholder cash to bid the price of
Tanc up to 3 1/2 and then he sold until the price fell back, and all the
while he was selling and receiving the cash in an other account.
Two weeks of manipulation. The numbers prove Califtalks exposure of
this dirty illegal scam.
