Dear gambler,

Yes. This 10-Q-A is just a revision for the 1st Quarter.
It did give some updated information at the header. The outstanding shares count is indeed 53 million as of August 12th, 1998. The rest though is a revised version of 1st Quarter 10-Q with some corrections.

I posted the full revision for the quarter ended March 31, 1998.
The 10Q for the quarter ended June 30 was filed yesterday. When I try to post it here, I get an error message. I think it might be too big. I am willing to e-mail it to anyone interested.
