Dear Jan: I am in agreement with you and have so stated to the Company. However, at this point I think the lawyers are making all the decisions as to Public matters and apparently they have decided for whatever reason to keep MUM on everything other than the required basics. For instance, there is NO DEFINITION ANYWHERE of the word MATERIAL. One should not make press releases which are not "material" less they be accused of hyping the stock. My guess is the attorneys dont want to try and figure out what is Material and what is not so they instruct the client to say nothing. Its been my experience that so called "class action suits" are detrimental to the shareholderrs they are supposed to protect and only the lawyers benefit. I guess we will have to live with this for a time. Meanwhile, through other sources we seem to have verified that they are in the midst of a significant hiring frenzy so we can only deduce that they do in fact have a number of new contracts. JDN
