Wow, then your case just got more complicated. I guess you'd have to sue the longs who,
in spite of a management which was actually working to enrichen the shorts, continued to
bid up the stock in wake of such normally devistating news. :)


You and I know this stock has no correlation to fundamentals. Let's be real here. I no there is no way to sue the fools that buy a losing company long and bid it up. I also know I cannot prove stock manipulation but I suspect it. I really dislike litigation and avoid it if possible. This was small talk regarding suing with not intentions on the part of anyone. Let's drop this silly issue. It means nothing to me or to anyone.
