My goodness Bodie, we are almost on the same wavelength. I think I posted that Independence article the day it came out. However I think there is more to it than that. For instance:

The questions I would like to see Julius Timothy, the Finance Minister answer publicly are:

1. Did you send a request to Global Games inviting them to submit a proposal to the Government of Dominica for initiating an Government owned internet gaming site?

2. Did you invite Mr. Borglund to Dominica to sign an agreement with Global Games to set up this proposed government site o/a the end of July, or first week in August?

3. Did you ever sign a contract with Global Games for this proposed site.

4. Did you even meet with Mr. Borglund during that time period or anytime in 1998?

bodie,

How true it is!
Let's face it,polititions will do anything to stay in power.
The Gov. still get's their slice, i highly doubt GLOW gave up theirs.

The website is now available, let's hope the other deals on GLOW's plate follow in short order.
