Actually, it was right on the number. The proforma number used by some and give for "informational purposes only" is not GAAP. It is not the real number. The amortization of Goodwill due to the premium paid for the acquisitions is a real expense that will continue for two years. The money to buy this Goodwill was created through the dilution of the stock. I am pointing out the fundamentals and do know they have no correlation to the stock price of AMZN.
