Al, you may interested in knowing that the AMEX will be coming out with sector spdrs. Some will be out by the end of this year. The rest will be out by the end of next year. I jumped the gun on this last March when I thought the computer spdr would be out right away. We have to wait a while but they will be good tools for playing the sectors. Also, IBD lists subsector relative strength daily. Check the market data section toward the end of the "A" section. They rank the subsectors from #1 to #198 over the last 3 or 6 months. Obviously the top ones have very high relative strength. duke60
