Excuse me, Gary, but I did not see where Mr. Forthright said anything negative or mentioned the non-reporting status. He just asked about a rally that I guess he heard was supposed to happen. Did I miss something?

I do agree with you about reporting and listed by year's end. Much before year's end, as far as I'm concerned.

Does your DGIV challenge define whether or not a reverse split of the stock will be used to get on the Nasdaq?

As it stands right now, DGIV would have to do at least a 1-for-2 reverse split to even get listed on the Nasdaq Small Cap system.
