Mr. Martin,

-------- "BTW.... That is indeed interesting about Principal being a lender to Cabestan who
knows Hand who knows Mork who has spoken to Kugler who works for Everen
which was once Principal.. whew.... it's just dizzying.. the intrigue, the mystery, the
cunning... Kugler went to work for principal 2 years after that transaction took
place....but he can't fool you... it was all premediatated.....right?"---------

Yes Mr. Martin, it is "indeed interesting" that PFG (Principal) was a lender to Cabestan. I believe you are being modest, it is more than "knowing" Messrs. Hand and Mork documented in those filings . And it's very interesting you bring up Mr. Kugler working for PFG. It would be rather insignificant that Mr. Kugler started working there two years after this transaction takes place. More importantly it establishes a 'working' relationship between Principal and Mork we never knew about before. And, for what it matters, what is the length of the loan? Has it been refinanced? The story will proceed, but just not yet Mr. Martin. I can tell you that our journey will take us to sunny Florida.

Good Evening
