I agree if Jac leaves Ford takes a hit. Wall Street loves Jac the Knife.

Harry, my thoughts on the Kia deal. GM dropped out so if you were the holders of Kia debt, who would you want to take over the company? Another Korean company or Ford Motor Company. They say they will forgive half of the debt and I believe the estimates of the cost of a takeover would be $900 million to 1 billion dollars. I would think the Ford team has done their homework on the union situation and finances of Kia. So what does Ford get? I hear Kia has a nice sport utility vehicle and another sporty car that is not bad. About 500 US dealerships and whatever manufacturing facilities in Korea. So after all that I think Ford owns Kia. Any other comments by BB members appreciated.
