A month ago, NASD sent a proposal for making all OTC BB companies file their financials with the SEC. (See otcbb.com . It has not been approved by the SEC, and when it does go into effect, it could take a year and a half before all OTC BB companies are required to file or be thrown off the OTC BB and only be able to be traded in the pink sheets.

Boob,

I'm afraid that an OTC-BB company changing from non-reporting to reporting will not necessarily always equate with a better deal for BB investors. The only aspect that will definitely change is that what is now just an unethical scam will become criminal and/or civil fraud. As long as greed tends to motivate would be BB investors (gamblers???), there are those shady types that will be more than willing to misrepresent themselves and attempt to circumvent any laws that stand between them and their booty.
