Mr. Martin,
You must pay attention to detail, the filings clearly state "PFG, Principal Financial Group", the "dog" that Principal unloaded on Everen, not the whole Principal "conglomerate" you infer.

Good Evening

Mr. Bigs,
If I could add something pertaining to Everen Securities,
PFG bought a big investment
firm with the idea of dealing individual stocks through their agents. It turned out to be a
'dog', so like all big companies they cut their losses early and sold the 'dog' to Everen
Securities. To the contrary of what is being said, Everen did not buy Principal
Securities (they don't have that kind of money), they only bought the 'dog' that the
Principal was trying to dump.
There were fleas that came with that dog. We have 2 very good sources at Everen
who have supplied us with a wealth of information. What will be revealed shortly , in
due course, will make for very interesting and relevant reading.
