Kiri,

Here's my understanding of MB's 90/10 strategy. That is, one is NOT losing money in the 10 percent of the 90/10 strategy. Rather, one's market exposure is 10 percent with leverage thru options and 90 percent of one's capital is safe in cash. Of the 10 percent in options, some positions may be total losses ... but the few that are successful will be 3-5 baggers. And the bottomline is overall that the profits exceed the losses by quite a bit.

IBM .. Mike Burke also believes IBM is a fundamental short and has a put position in it.
