Not terribly difficult much like the home building business, at least when capital if easy to get. The key is quality of management which AAPC has and size which gives leveredge which they also have now.

Looked and thought some more over the weekend. I still do not see any red lights to change my mind about the opportunity here. This week could prove interesting
