Slugger, I heard Apple has sold 183,000 iMacs as of yesterday

from someone who was at a pre-imac release sales meeting. Woo Hoo!

Oh- I got Netscape installed as my default pretty easily. Whew! Feels much better, now.

Netscape provides some help: home.netscape.com

Slugger,
I was equally under-impressed at the CompUSA store here in Cincinnati. Wife & I went, just to see how sales might be doing. The volunteer was there (and doing great!!), but during an hour I saw a C-USA clerk there only occasionally, and not that knowledgeable when he spoke.

Doubt I'll go back there again. The MicroCenter here is closer for us, and their Mac area is a well-stocked large room, not just a small corner. Their folks know their stuff, too.
